Is this classed as an offensive weapon!!!!!

How do i explain this to the hospital??? well it was like this my "son-in-law" was trying to kill my brother-in-law so i wacked my "son-in-law" over the head then called the police!!!!

Well at least Nifty lived to tell the tale! & "son-in-law ended up where he belongs, in the Police cells!!!!

Now Nifty just has to reglaze the door!!!!
